Dr. LaRee Johnson earned her DDS from the University of Tennessee and completed a three-year pediatric dental residency and master’s degree at the University of North Carolina. She is the founder of Carolina Pediatric Dentistry and has led multiple practice expansions focused on delivering efficient, high-quality pediatric care. A past President of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, faculty member at East Carolina University, and Chief Dental Officer with Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgical Centers, Dr. Johnson brings extensive experience in advancing systems-based, outcome-driven pediatric dentistry. Dr. David Harney is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. A Texas native, he earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Neuroscience before graduating with honors from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry. He completed his pediatric dental residency at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where he developed advanced clinical expertise in treating children and patients with special healthcare needs. Dr. Harney is known for creating calm, confidence-building restorative experiences and delivering high standards of care in diverse clinical settings. At NuSmile Academy, he brings a thoughtful, systems-based approach to pediatric restorative techniques and patient-centered treatment planning.
