Orders

Whenever possible, all orders ship next business day of when order was received.

Shipping options include Ground (3-5 business days), 2-Day and Overnight for all US orders.

Orders shipping outside of the US are shipped Standard-3-7 business days, WW Saver- 2-3 business days or US Express Mail- 3-7 business days.

While Overnight options are available, we cannot always guarantee the ability to ship the same day. We recommend that you place your order at least 3 business days in advance in order to avoid any delays in receiving it in a timely manner without incurring extra shipping fees.

Like all light-curable dental liners NeoLINER LC contains a light-cure resin component. According to AAPD guidelines, a biocompatible radiopaque material that is resin-free should be used for direct placement on the pulp since any uncured resin in direct contact with the pulp may be an irritant and can cause inflammation of the pulp.

Policies

All NuSmile products are warranted to be free of defects. Due to MEDICAL DEVICE REGULATIONS, any returned product MUST BE RETURNED in its original, SEALED packaging within 30 days of purchase.

All orders require payment prior to being processed. Credit cards may be kept on file on our secure website. All orders shipping outside the US must be paid by credit card or bank draft prior to the order shipping.
