The Basic Warranty Extension is a 12-month, auto-renewable subscription that adds 1 year of coverage to the standard manufacturer warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. It does not include accidental damage, preventive maintenance, or loaner devices. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when repairs are needed. Support is provided during standard business hours. Optional loaner device at extra cost for the customer.
